Cecelia-Rescue Pet 1:17

Meet Cecelia.

"Cecelia is a mixed breed dog who was brought to us in May 2013 by the Lehigh Township Police. She was found emaciated and tied up in Northampton. After much loving care and lots of food, Cecelia has gone from a skin-and-bones 25 lbs. to a rather husky 50+lbs. After a court date in August, Cecelia was turned over to us and has lived here since. She is an older girl, over 9, possibly 13. Vaccinated, spayed, healthy and happy. We have her on a glucosamine supplement and arthritis medication. She is wonderful with people, does not look twice at cats, but is questionable with other dogs. Some she doesn't mind, some she doesn't like." —Ashley from the Cherryville Animal Hospital
